Joy Tots has party or event venue hire available for exclusive use on Saturdays and Sundays with simple flexible pricing. Our lovely space offers you an ideal venue to host a birthday party, baby shower, family get-together or reunion, or even hold seminars or events.
With space for up to 32 people (which includes both adults and children) we can offer flexible room layouts to suit your needs.

THE DETAILS...

Exclusive whole venue hire for 2 hours plus 30 minutes either side to get set up/out.

Party host assistant & cleaner. We're on hand to help your day run smoothly and most importantly clean up at the end!

Play area (if needed) with reduced size option too.

LED/Disco Lighting.

Balloons garlands and birthday banner already up, personalised to your choice or colours.

Personalised e-invite.

Wifi use.

Use of tables/chairs (20 chairs + 10 highchairs)

Speakers with bluetooth music receiver (party music available if you don't have your own playlist).

We help light, cut & serve cake so you can get in the photos.

Feel free to bring your own food, drink (including BYOB), cake and additional decorations (blue tack or tie-on only) and we'll help set up.

Please check your date and time and request to book, add any questions to the form and we will get back to you.

A £20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is then required to confirm your date and time.

Please note that there might already be a pending request for your chosen date and time as the date will only become unavailable to request once a deposit is received and booking confirmed. In this situation we will keep you updated and offer some alternative dates and times if available.

Final numbers for any crafts and/or catering are required one week before the booking.

Full payment of the remaining balance (remaining venue hire (£100) and any extras) is to be paid in full by the Friday before your booking.

Please let us know if you would like to visit the venue.

If bringing your own food and drinks you are welcome to use our crockery, kids plates, bowls, cups and glasses.

We ask for as much notice as possible for any rescheduling or cancellations. Once final balance is paid refunds will only be considered depending on circumstances and costs already incurred.
CATERING
Little Ones - £4 per child
A selection of mini shaped sandwiches, a rainbow fruit plate, crudities plate and age appropriate snacks.
Adults - £6 per adult
A selection of sandwiches, a fruit plate, crudities, crisps and dip.
We can cater to most dietary requirements so please let us know.
DRINKS
We can offer a self serve cafetière coffee and tea station for £1 per person, this option is pre-paid only.
Speciality coffees, teas, hot chocolates and soft drinks are
always available to purchase on the day.
CRAFTS
Add a craft table at your party, great for little ones turning 3 and upwards or if you have some older siblings attending. We can tailor to a theme or favourite story etc, and advise on best setup, just let us know what you little one likes and we can offer some suggestions.
There are a few options...

Taught craft - making and painting/decorating a selection of items from scratch, best suited to smaller groups or slightly older children.

Ready made - choosing blank wooden or ceramic objects to paint and decorate, best suited to larger groups. This option is more relaxed as can easily be left and returned to, party excitement is real! Often suitable for younger children.

Colouring - colouring and activity sheets with optional stickers!
Taught and ready made crafts start from £3 per child for 1 item, a selection from £5. Colouring free of charge, stickers dependant on numbers. Please note the recommended maximum number of children for a large craft table is 12.
DECORATIONS
Looking for additional decorations? We can help arrange or provide, have a theme in mind, let us know and we can make some suggestions. We can provide handmade garlands for you or additional balloon displays. Pricing dependent on items required.
PLAY SET UP
SENSORY DISCO - £10
Add a sensory disco set up, perfect for 1st birthday's, lots of light up and sensory toys to explore, disco balloons and bubbles.
MESSY PLAY - £50
Add a messy play set up, tailored to a theme of your choice, available taste safe for the littlest ones.
